Sun Nutz Wasabi flavorI’m not fond of wasabi before until I tasted a wasabi flavored potato chips one day when I bought it for cinema snacks. I’ll make a blog about that in my next post but for the meantime I’ll focus my attention to this cracker nuts. As I’ve said before, since I’m not fond of wasabi, I use snub this in the supermarket. But when I come to like the nostril-stinging taste of wasabi, I tried this one to see if this will taste as good as the wasabi flavored potato chips. Unlike the potato chips, the taste of this wasabi flavored craker nuts is mild compared to the potato chips. The flavor is superb with the mild flavor of wasabi. So I give this cracker nut thumbs up.

Just for our additional knowledge, I made a little research about wasabi and I found out that the wasabi mostly sold in the market is not really wasabi after all because this crop is very expensive. Even Japan imports this from other countries like China. Manufacturers  substitute it with horse radish and combined with mustard seed and green coloring.
